Terms of use
Plain-language terms for using Xymora. By creating an account you agree to everything below.
1. Your account
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you may hold one Xymora account. Keep your login details private — activity from your account is treated as yours.
2. Deposits
Deposits are made in SOL to the address shown on your account, with a 10 SOL minimum. Transfers are credited at the live SOL price after the transaction hash is verified. Sending from an exchange account you do not control, or on the wrong network, can result in permanent loss.
3. Trading and automation
AI auto trade and copy trading are automated tools, not investment advice. Positions move with the market and can close below your stake. Minimum stakes apply: 4 SOL for AI auto trade, and the trader's stated minimum for copy trading.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are sent to the Solana address you provide. Blockchain transfers are final — an incorrect address cannot be recovered. Check every character before confirming.
5. Community conduct
Posts, comments and profiles must not contain harassment, scams, impersonation or illegal content. Reported content is reviewed and may be removed, and accounts may be suspended for repeated breaches.
6. Risk disclosure
Memecoins are highly volatile. Past performance, leaderboard results and trader statistics do not predict future returns. Only commit funds you can afford to lose entirely.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Xymora after an update means you accept the revised terms.
